A deposit is required to hold a date, and the date is only confirmed once that deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed in writing. The balance is payable before final delivery. Payment is by bank transfer or a payment provider — nothing is charged through the website.

Not a final one. The working rule is to scope first and quote after: how many separate videos, how many locations, how many people, and by when. A number given before those are known is a guess, and it is the kind of guess that turns into a disagreement later.

FPV drone work depends on weather and light. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the shoot is rescheduled to the earliest date that works for both sides at no additional charge. A creative shot or a deadline does not override a safety decision.

If you reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit carries to the new date. If you cancel within 48 hours of a confirmed shoot, the deposit is not refunded — production time, travel and availability have been reserved for you by that point. Weather reschedules are free regardless of who calls it.

Earlier is better, particularly for anything tied to a fixed event or a departure date. Availability and weather both constrain the day, and a date booked at the last minute has no room to move if either does not cooperate.

No. A requested route, indoor pass, proximity flight or one-take sequence is subject to what the site and the conditions actually allow on the day. Where conditions prevent the plan, you are offered a reschedule, a modified shot list or another reasonable solution.

Often, yes — flying through interiors is one of the things FPV is genuinely good at. Whether a specific interior works depends on the space, the openings between rooms, what is fragile and who is present. It is assessed before flying, not during.

Edited packages deliver finished video in the orientations agreed for that package — horizontal, vertical for Reels and Stories, or both. Essential delivers stabilised, ungraded 4K/60fps footage in the D-Log colour profile in a single orientation, with no edit.

On edited packages — Signature, Estate, retainers and agency work — raw footage is not supplied. FPV footage is unusable before stabilisation and grading and does not represent the finished work. The Essential package is the exception: on Essential, raw footage is the deliverable.

Any revision allowance stated in your package covers reasonable changes within the agreed creative scope. New shots, substantial re-edits, extra versions or aspect ratios, different music or new locations are quoted separately rather than absorbed.

The delivered video must be published while that licence is active, so you confirm your intended publication date before delivery and say so if it moves materially. Some platforms generate automated claims even against correctly licensed music, and licence documentation is supplied to clear them.

Usually yes. NigelFPV retains the right to use footage in its own portfolio, website, showreel, social media and client pitches, with credit to your property or brand where appropriate. If a project needs to stay private, that has to be requested in writing at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. Restrictions on portfolio use may affect pricing.

Goa is the home market and where the work is concentrated. Travel beyond it is possible for the right project but is quoted separately, since it adds time and cost that a local shoot does not carry.

Permission to film at the location is the client's responsibility — from the owner, occupier, property manager, venue or event organiser as applicable — unless a specific permission task is assigned to NigelFPV in writing in the booking. Flights also have to respect airspace and site restrictions, and somewhere a drone may not lawfully be flown will not be flown.

Yes. Restricted airspace, sites where permission has not been granted, and any location where flying would be unsafe or unlawful are all off the table, regardless of how good the shot would be. This is established before the shoot rather than discovered on the day.
